The landlord was very communicative and prompt in her replies. An enthusiastic person with great advise on restaurants etcétera. She has her own store in the old town.

The beds in the appartement are due to change. Especially the master bedroom matras is a nightmare. It was not possible to sleep on it. We ended up at the couch. I have discussed this with the landlord who replied that she had no complains regarding this. Probably we have a different guest profile and we are used to good mattresses. There is no shower but a bathtub wit low water pressure. The apartment has no balcony or patio. A roof terrace is available. I believe that if you rent out to also non Spanish guest, international TV channels must be provided. There are only Spanish channels no BBC or CNN which for me was quiet disappointing. No WiFi but this was known on forehand. Parking is a huge problem in the neighborhood. private parking for 15 euros a day.
