The building is safe building with 24 hour security. The apartment is clean and cozy. there are hot water and a very comfortable folding couch whit equal thickness to a mattress. Also a space to eat, and space to study-work.

It is easy to find transportations. Two block there are a Transmilenio station, the public transportation system of the city. The building is on a main avenue where arrive taxis and uber. Close to the building is possible park cars, in a supermarket.
