Appartamento vista mare

very, very nice and spacious flat. Quite new and renovated. Two balconies with great view. Very good bathroom. A safe courtyard for parking with your car (but generally it is a very safe area). A great bakery down in the building. Good kitchen, comfortable chairs on the balcony. Solid house with nice atmosphere. Supermarket 5 min. away, two small playgrounds for smaller kids just around the corner. Good washing machine, Tv, internet. The lady who gave us the keys was absolutelly lovely and since for 3 days the lift was broken, the owners gave us one night for free which was awesome. Definitely would recommend also with smaller kids since you can close all the rooms and they can sleep. Beach 5 min by foot (pebble beach a bit deep, not that great for smaller children). The beautiful sand beach of Alassio is from here 10 min. by car. There are trains going maybe every 30 min. (in the night only cargo) but it is not that bad.

Everything was fine - maybe the kitchen equipment could have more cups and more pots (there are 3 pans, three pots but only two lids, baking tray but no baking paper), wooded cutting board would be nice (there is only plastic one) and ceramic salat bowl would be great since there are only plastic ones. Outside can get a bit noisy with the vespas driving to the beach but mornings were quiet.
