About this house rental

Charming and upscale, newly built: project by Arq. Ademar Sá. 120 meters from the sea and 600 meters from the center of the village. The house has 4 suites, maid's room, social bathroom, living room with TV, Wi-Fi, balcony with barbecue, garden shower and pool. Suites with air conditioning and ceiling fan. Very well equipped kitchen and laundry. Two car spaces.
The rent includes daily housekeeping and logically maintenance of pool and garden.

We stayed at Casa Portopiccolo II on February 2017. The house is very comfortable and immaculately clean. Everything is the house is new. The sheets and towels are white and of highest quality. The house looks exactly like the photos. Paola went out of her way to make our stay the best ever. She offered to stock the house with water and refreshments before our arrival. This house is great if you want to be on town to enjoy the restaurants, bars and shops. Thank you Paola and Rafael. We had a great time at Portopiccolo II!!!
