About this apartment rental
This 3 bedroom apartment enjoys the best location in les balcons de val cenis village. With easy ground floor acces from the village side this corner apartment has a balcony with a front view on the church of Lanslevillard and a side view on the river and village. Supermarket Sherpa, Ski store and rental, restaurant le Bergerie and pizza take- away are all in the residence 2 minutes walking, whereas a spar supermarket, local bakery, cheese store and butchery are just over the bridge in the village. In winter time a locker for your skis and shoes is included and you can reach the lift on skis and ski back again ! We are on 1500 mtrs so sure to have snow and in the unlikely case snow is missing huge artificial snow installations will allow you to ski back.
This comfortable corner flat with its mountain style decoration will make you soon feel at home. 68 square meters allow 8 adults to sleep in 2 double bedrooms, one bedroom with a bunk bed and a comfortable 2 persons sleeping sofa pull out bed in the living room. There is plenty of storage in the rooms, entrance and living room. The kitchen is complete with brand new dishwasher, oven, induction cooking plate, toaster, fridge with freezer part and microwave. The dining table allows 8 adults to enjoy your meals and there are 2 confortable sofas. There are 2 bathrooms both with furniture, one with a shower and a second with a jacuzzi bath. Seperate toilet.
Television with cable TV and international chains is provided. WIFI is included in the apartment. Table grill included for raclette and plancha dinners.
Val Cenis has an easy access and is by car 30 minutes from Modane where you leave the high way. A TGV station is also situated in Modane. Closest airports are Chambery and Grenoble.
We fell in love with Lanslevillard and Val Cenis as, together with Termignon and Lanslebourg it is a great skiing area with slopes on green, blue, red and black level. Even in holiday periods you never wait long. You also benefit from a great climate as the Mont Cenis is the border with Italy. In the summer you drive in a bit more than 1 hour to Torino ! The valley is very large allowing great hiking and mountain biking but you can also do rafting, canyoning, via ferrata and loads of other activities. Bonneval, situated at the end of the valley is also great to visit and is linked with Val d'Isère by a steep scenic mountain road with great gletscher views. And a nearby acro branch park offers you europe's longest tyrolienne ! You enjoy free access to the covered pool , hammam, sauna and fitness area of the ***** platinum residence at 100 meter distance .

Appartement lumineux, fonctionnel et bien situé proche des commerces et des pistes de ski. Séjour spacieux (avec une cuisine un peu étroite, mais bien équipée). Bonne literie. Nous y avons séjourné à 8 (4 adultes et 4 ados).

Nous avons apprécié le confort du logement qui est très bien équipé. Il est proche des pistes , 100m à pieds avant de pouvoir chausser et retour à ski à quelques mètres.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une station familiale où les pistes sont nombreuses.
Le parking souterrain, le casier à ski et l accès très pratique à l appartement sont des plus non négligeable. Les commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pied.
A recommander pour des vacances tout confort.

Tout était impeccable: la réservation, le contact avec les propriétaires, l'accueil à l'agence immobilière, l'appartement: spacieux, fonctionnel, confortable et très propre avec une petite attention à l'arrivée :) , la station, les pistes de ski toutes proches, les commerces et restaurants à proximité... bref, rien à redire ! si je pouvais juste me permettre une suggestion, ce serait de mettre des meubles sur la terrasse ou au moins des chaises pour que l'on puisse en profiter. La vue sur la rivière et le bruit de l'eau c'est très agréable. Bref, des vacances réussies et des souvenirs plein la tête.

L'appartement est bien rénové, propre et très bien équipé.
Il est idéalement situé. à 50m des remontées mécaniques.
Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'endroit est calme.
Point important: parking devant la résidence avec places disponibles.
