The rooms are clean and decent sized. This isn't near many attractions, but it would be a good option if you are visiting relatives in the area.

Tidy, spacious room, spotless clean bathroom with fresh towels and good hair dryer, comfy bed, drinking water. Easy check-in, or rather its lack - you just call the number on the door and receive entry PIN, at least when arriving at 11pm. Staff polite and responsive.
Downsides: Internet connectivity was completely broken on the first night (it worked on the second). No power sockets near the desk. Desk lamp had no bulb (and no scoket either). No breakfast option. No lift (although personally I didn't mind it). Checking instructions along with the entry PIN should be shared by email and not require calling.

The reception was very helpful.
The staircase is a bit small like old houses but the room is good enough even with a mini-kitchen.
The bathroom is clean with full-body mirror and sink-mirror lights available.

I would never recommend this place for others.
While booking it was mentioned with kitchen, but no kitchen utilities were available.
Restroom is too small and unclean. Bed accessories provided was not good quality and curtains are too worst.
The only good thing about the location, good transport and shopping facility. But the room and services are too worst, that I would never recommend for anyone
