Extremely Private- Charming Guest House on Acre, with private entrance and exit in Solana Beach, Full Kitchen with Stove, Oven, Fridge and Large Bathroom with walk in shower and Outdoor Shower.
Almost an acre, lush landscaping with a country feel. Adjacent to San Elijo Lagoon, 15-20 minute walk to the beach, walk to restaurants and grocery store, trains and bus..Solana Beach's best kept secret.
Most all friendly dogs welcomed.
Solana Beach and Del Mar Race Track/ Fairgrounds, Legoland, Zoo, Sea World, San Elijo Lagoon. Best Weather San Diego has to offer. Walk to 50 restaurants, grocery stores and bars. 15 minute walk to Train/Coaster, get anywhere in San Diego on the train. One mile to beach fun at Fletcher Cove, Pillbox, or Cardiff State Beach. Located conveniently west of I-5, we do get some freeway noise. It doesn't bother most people but we do want you to know. There is plenty of off street parking and the cottage perched on a hill in the back yard. You do need to walk up a staircase to get to the private cottage. This isn't an issue for most of our guest but if you are elderly or have a difficult time navigating stairs, you may want to consider an alternate place to stay. If you need help bringing in suitcases etc and I am around, I am happy to help! Detached office/ laundry included.
