The living room has an open floor plan with flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and free Wi-Fi access. The updated furnishings include a sofa with queen sofa sleeper and provides a relaxing spot to enjoy fireplace and mountain views.
A small alcove in the main room provides a spot for the dining area with seating for 6 persons and access to the private patio.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has updated new appliances, counter tops, and painted cabinets.
The bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed for additional sleeping options. Please note this bedding is specific to this unit only. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. One full bathroom in the unit is adjacent to the bedroom. This condo has 607 square feet and is on the ground floor level of the building. This unit is also across the parking lot from the main clubhouse. No air conditioning.
Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse offers an outdoor heated pool, over-sized hot tubs, work out facility, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access. During the summer months, there are several tennis courts to enjoy. If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
