Расположение отличное, прямо в центре, до всего недалеко добраться даже пешком. Квартира удобная, на всю нашу семью хватило с комфортом. Кухня удобная, все необходимое есть и даже тостер. Чистое белье и полотенца. ТВ работал хорошо.
За эту стоимость достойный вариант
Местами требуют ремонта потолок, дверцы шкафов, двери - там краска облупленная, на фото это не заметно.
WiFi не работал, хозяин предложил помощь в устранении неполадки, но не стали на это отвлекаться, в основном гуляли.
Еще фен был забит пылью, вовремя заметили и почистили, мог и сгореть.
