You will have everything you need in this two bedroom two bath condo close to the Winter Park Resort. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, coffee maker and microwave. Bedding and towels are provided. If you are here to ski or enjoy the beautiful summer weather our location cannot be beaten. We are within a short walk to downtown Winter Park and about two miles to the resort. This is a perfect lodging choice for a small family as it will sleep up to six people.
Location: Building 6, 2nd floor. The building is located in the 5 to 9 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse.
Bedding Configuration: King in the Master bedroom, 2 Twins in second bedroom, sofa sleeper in living area.
Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, grill on deck, views of Winter Park Resort. Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
