Located at Kolb Rd. and Sunrise, minutes from hiking in beautiful Sabino Canyon, La Encantada Shopping Mall, Flemings Steak House, Anthony's in the Foothills, Terra Cota Cafe, theaters, golf and more. This is a first floor unit with the covered parking that is within 15 yards of the front door. It has a fantastic pool area and exercise facility, all in an extremely quiet and beautiful complex.

Pinnacle Canyon is an excellent complex in an excellent location. Our landlord, David Lomeli, was quickly accessible before our visit and immediately after our arrival. Unfortunately, he unexpectedly passed away two weeks into our visit but his wife and son followed in his footsteps despite their grief. This condo was the best stocked of any we have ever rented. Many of the appliances appeared to be new and there were instruction booklets for everything. Our thanks and sympathy to the Lomeli family.

Nice complex (pool/landscaping/location), unit could use a good cleaning and new kitchen counters/microwave. Mouldings have been poorly painted too many times. If these items were addressed this could be a 5 star rating. Dave/host was very helpful.
