About this house rental
"La Casina" is a stone house from 1890 that was completely renovated in 2010 and offers all the comforts for a perfect holiday.
Due to its central location "La Casina" offers a great starting point to explore the Istrian inland and the coast and also to do excursions to Italy (Trieste about 45 minutes / Venice about 2 hours) or Slovenia.
In the vicinity there are the best restaurants, the Parenzana (abandoned old railway lines) for bike / trekking bike and hiking routes, tennis courts, marinas, golf courses and other activities such like Quad and off-road tours; Routes along the wine or olive oil roads and much more.
"La Casina" offers on 70sqm a living area with sofa, fireplace and Sonos-Sound-System and a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine and all kitchen utensils. Upstairs is the master bedroom with large bed, bedside tables, walk-in dressing room and a spacious bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine.
In summer, the patio invites you to relax with a covered lounge seating area, outdoor carpet and a bistro set.
And for the winter months the fireplace offers cozy warmth and relaxed atmosphere.

Wir haben im Ferienhaus La Casina schöne 10 Tage verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und frisch renoviert. Die Beschreibung und Bilder spiegeln den Zustand des Hauses wieder. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer kleinen abgelegenen Siedlung, ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Mein Mann und ich waren vor einigen Jahren bereits in dieser Gegend in die wir uns sehr verliebt haben. Landschaftlich sowie kulinarisch ein Highlight. Auf der Suche nach dem passenden Domizil für unseren spontanen Urlaub sind wir auf dieses kleine Häuschen gestoßen. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld zum Vermieter war stets sehr freundlich und all unsere Fragen wurden rasch beantwortet. Die inserierten Fotos entsprechend der Realität. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und allem was man benötigt eingerichtet. Zugegeben in der Küche haben wir uns kaum aufgehalten, da wir die tollen Restaurants der Umgebung täglich genossen haben. :-)

Vielen Dank Maria für ein außergewöhnliches Urlaubserlebnisl in einer besonders charmanten und authentischen istrischen Gegend etwas abseits der üblichen Touristenpfade an der Küste, die wir so noch gar nicht kannten und sehr liebgewonnen haben! Die Einwohner sprechen ja tatsächlich noch Italienisch miteinander! Ein Auto ist allerdings ein „Muss“. Das sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Haus war uns ein tolles Refugium und ein super Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge – alles war wie beschrieben und gerne kommen wir wieder. Wirlkich eine Empfehlung. Danke für alles!
