About this apartment rental
Apt with two bedrooms, one suite and one bedroom.
In the suite we have a Split air conditioner of 12. 000btus, a ceiling fan and a new 32 inch TV, a wardrobe with plenty of space to accommodate clothes and shoes, a queen size bed with a semi-new mattress Ortobom Premium , where we comfortably accommodate two people.
The other bedroom also has a split of 12,000 btus, a ceiling fan, another SmartTV connected to the Internet, with access to more than 10 channels open via the condo's UHF antenna.
In this room we have another Queen bed, also with a semi-new Ortobom Premium mattress and two bicamas that together form another double bed, comfortably accommodating 4 people.
A huge wardrobe with plenty of space and drawers to accommodate shoes underneath the bicamas.
In the kitchen we have a semi-new Brastemp stove with 5 burners, an exhaust fan, an 11kg Brastemp brand washing machine, a clothes dryer, microwave, electric oven, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender and all other accessories.
Pressure cooker, beer glasses, wine, Whiskey, plates, cups, cutlery, mugs, pots all in great quantity.
Ironing board and electric iron. We do not have hair dryer and the voltage is 110V
All contents of the cabinets, are provided to guests to take notice in advance.
A 15-liter Rinnai heater for heating the bathrooms and kitchen.
The dishwasher is burned and not available to guests.
Dining room with bar that connects with the kitchen, for the cook to participate in the meeting with friends.
Dining room with table that seats up to 10 people.
In the room of a 60-inch SmartTv connected to the Internet via cable, a retractable sofa that opens up to 1.80 mts turning almost a bed.
WE DO NOT ALLOW THAT TO LAST IN THE SOFA.
A Samsung 60 "NEWTV SmartTV, purchased in March 2017, connected with cable, where the guest can enjoy movies next to their Netflix account or Cable TV.
WIFI of 30 MB, available in every apartment.
HD signal for more than 10 local channels and a prepaid SKY antenna, available for recharge in the digital FLEX package if the host requests.
The guest can charge for a minimum of 15 days to 100 channels (SportTV, Fox, NetGeo, GloboNews, etc ...).
The apartment sleeps a maximum of 8 people including children regardless of age.
The stock control of the units is controlled by the condominium.
WE PROVIDE BED AND BATH CLOTHES.
A hammock is provided for use on the living room balcony.
In the suite also has a small balcony.
Check-in is from 12:00 until 18:00.
Check-out from 09:00 to 12:00.
We do not check in or check out before 9 AM and after 6 PM.
Pets, of any size, and smokers are NOT ACCEPTED IN SUITABLE DEPENDENCIES.

Lugar excelente, alem das nossas expectativas! Fomos muito bem recebidos, atendimento de primera qualidade, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Uma quadra da praia que da para ir andando! O proprietario foi muito atencioso e prestativo. Voltaremos assim que tivermos oportunidade!
Great place! Perfect location! Walking distance to the beach. We were greeted very well. The owner and his helper were polite and attentive. Everything was working perfectly at the apartment and we had everything we needed. We had a great time and will be back as soon as we can!
