There are three living spaces from a formal living room, a family room with TV, and an enclosed lanai with comfortable seating - a great conversation area! Many rooms to cater to various activities. The house has everything you could want. Loved the pool! We spent most of our time sitting outside by it. Bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. The property manager and her husband were always available to answer our questions. Stayed for a month, and it wasn’t long enough!

Due to the COVID19 Pandemic and the fact that our adult son is a heart and liver transplant survivor, who during all this scary stuff is at extremely high risk for contracting the virus, we made a decision to leave 2 weeks early. We wanted to be close to our son. We asked the owner if we could have a partial refund but they were unsympathetic to our situation and denied our request. We were quite disappointed in the abrupt denial.

Accused us of taking towels and breaking the blinds. We are 67 years old. I think we can buy our own towels. The owner showed up without notice to do pool and cut the grass. Did not appreciate that. We will never rent from them again. Also ran out of hot water all the time. No garage
