Detailed Free Shuttle Info: They have the green route bus which goes up (west, toward the ski hill) Ski Hill Road to Peak 8. Another option is the grey route, that goes from 1/2 block away (on Park Ave) to the gondola, north. Each route has buses every 15-20 minutes.
So if you didn't want to wait for one bus, you could walk 1/2 block to the other!
One member of the booking party must be at least 30 years old.
Proof of age will be required.
The maximum number of guests is 8.

This was a perfect unit and location for 4 of us. Great location with easy access to mountain and town. Unit might need some upgrades but would still recommend for anyone planning a trip.

Great place, very cozy. Great to be within walking distance of the gondola and downtown. Had about 100 of the most comfy blankets known to man.

It was a great house and experience. I especially liked the location as we could easily walk to downtown restaurants and shops.

Cozy home, well equipped and clean. Pictures are fairly accurate (a few minor changes). Location is convenient but the gold bus can be off schedule resulting in longer than anticipated waits. It is an easy ski IN from the 4 o'clock run. Tech items (tvs,etc) could use an upgrade and we had an unfortunate theft of rental skis from the garage (not the property owner's fault of course). Additionally, while the house comfortably slept 6 (and could easily fit 2 more), the hot water system does not work well to support this many people. Further, the management company, when told about this issue, was rude, condescending and unhelpful. ItripBreck (the management co) went so far as to tell us to go to and temporarily enter and use another one of their properties to get a hot shower and blamed it on the severe cold weather "having played havoc with heating in breckenridge". Due to these unfortunate incidents, we would not recommend this property - and solely because of the management company and not the property itself
