La ubicación para mis necesidades, la tranquilidad de la colonia a pesar de estar casi en avenidas principales, hay parques y varios lugares de comida y tiendas a varios pasos solamente, la casa tiene muchas plantas y es confortable
Los huéspedes de arriba empezaron a las 4 o 5 am a hacer almuerzo, sin cuidar el ruido y no me dejaron descansar, faltan accesorios en el baño, como espejo o donde colgar ropa, cesto de basura, y falta una cobija extra x el frío de la noche, más contactos y apagador cerca de la puerta

The owner is really kind and makes himself available. While my low score might be related to the furniture being a bit vintage, overall the place was clean and there was a cute yard to sit in. Also, it has a fridge where I could store my edibles and the neighborhood was overall safe.
Some of the rooms are little like the shower downstairs which might get flooded, I was always encouraged to use the one upstairs, however some hours in the day it was best to use the one closer to my room. I could not use the laundry given other guests organization but at least it was available for my use.
