Bardzo fajna baza wypadowa. Przyjazny właściciel, bardzo sprawny kontakt. Cena do jakości i standardu bardzo adekwatna, czysto, schludnie, możliwość korzystania z aneksu kuchennego. Na miejscu winda, bliska odległość od plaży, sklep spożywczy, restauracje. Dużo miejsc parkingowych przed obiektem.
Apartament przy głównej drodze - dla niektórych może to być problem, nam osobiście nie przeszkadzało, hałas umiarkowany.

Il y a des places de parking gratuit à coté ce qui est super car ce n'est pas facile de se garer à Madère Il y a un centre commercial et des restaurants à coté Le canapé lit est convertible facilement
La chambre est vraiment bruyante. Elle donne sur une rue passante en cote avec un dos d'ane juste devant. Il y a donc des bruits de frein ou d'accélération dans la nuit. La cuisine n'a pas beaucoup d'équipement (pas de passoires, pas de bols, pas de mugs par exemple) Ca manque de placard pour la nourriture achetée Le plancher flottant a bien vécu et est très usé

Lage, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter
Die Wohnung ist sehr abgewohnt, der Boden und Möbel müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Es riecht unangenehm. Schlafen ohne Ohropax ist fast unmöglich wegen des Schlafzimmers Richtung Straße und schlecht isolierten Fenstern.
