The price, with parking included is very, very reasonable. It's around a 15 min drive to the center of the city, which is OK.
The beds weren't very comfortable, and the apartment itself was clean, but not overly so.

La zona nos encantó. Era residencial y al lado de playa Formosa. A unos 10 minutos de Funchal. Con aparcamiento privado, tiendas, restaurantes...Estuvimos cómodos y muy a gusto. Leandro, el casero, muy amable. Estuvimos muy bien informados. Nos gustó mucho la estancia.
No tengo nada que decir en este aspecto

Lage, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter
Die Wohnung ist sehr abgewohnt, der Boden und Möbel müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Es riecht unangenehm. Schlafen ohne Ohropax ist fast unmöglich wegen des Schlafzimmers Richtung Straße und schlecht isolierten Fenstern.
