There is a fantastic park nearby with everything you can imagine and more! Zadar old town is approx 25 mins walk so no problems getting in or out and only cost 6euros for taxi when we felt lazy. There is a huge supermarket about 12 mins walk away on the other side of the park. The host was brilliantly helpful and very considerate.
The pool area is shared with other guests, but it is still a lovely place to relax after a day exploring. The terrace directly outside the patio door has planting to give it privacy.

Tout était parfait, la propreté, la piscine, la résidence, l’emplacement. Il y avait tout pour se sentir bien (tout comme Martina qui était très agréable et accueillante)

Lovely clean apartment, with everything you need for your stay, plus a nice little pool which we had to ourselves when we had a few hours to spare. The owner Martina gave us some information on a few things to do and see and places to eat.
Nothing, everything was ok, its about a 25 minute walk to the old town or you can take an Uber for between 4 -6 euros.

The pool was lovely and there was everything you needed. Comfortable outdoor furniture.
We ran out of hot water when showering.
There was lots of building work going on (it wasn’t noisy though) and the housing estate wasn’t finished along with the roads.
