Six magical acres of riverfront, which once served as settlement for Cherokees tribes at the foothills of the National Sequoia and Mineral King Parks. This artful boutique villa was built with vision and harmony to create a one of a kind river sanctuary. This museum like resort, is the most unique gateway in Three Rivers, which not only serves as a basecamps to explore the area, but as a retreat for the soul.

We all loved the very unique home and location. Since we had 5 kids, we would have liked acrylic glasses to use. Had difficulty with the light switches. Never found the switch for the lights over the restroom sink in the guest house. Tried to follow the directions for the hood over the stove. The instructions said there was a switch to the right of the sink. We did not locate that switch. We were amazed at the number of vultures roosting across the river. We had least at 25 on our beach the morning we left. Probably not anything that could be done about that. Thank you

Overall the home is very nice. However, the showers in the bathrooms have no water pressure. It's light sprinkles, especially in the Master Bathroom shower. They are cutting the wrong corners.

What a beautiful place! The library of books is an amazing collection. The work poured into this place shows the love of the property!! It was very peaceful and super quiet. The river flowing was the perfect background noise. This place was clean, with great pieces of art and furniture. Many different seating areas throughout the property to enjoy for any mood that strikes you. Thanks for everything Georgel, you were an excellent host!!
