Beautiful location! The apartment is at the foot of the cathedral steps, with a balcony overlooking an ancient piazza. The bed was big and comfortable. It was lovely be able to have a glass of wine on the balcony before going out for the evening.

I think this is the most beautiful part of the city, with the most atmosphere, however it is on top of a big steep hill, just something to be aware of for people with mobility issues. Also no local shops or bakery in this part of the city. A few things needing repairing in the apartment such as missing kitchen cupboard door, broken window, and broken beach umbrellas needed throwing away. However we still loved it and wish we were still there!

The location of the flat was incredible- right in the old part of the city overlooking a square and by the cathedral.. hearing the bells for the services was beautiful. We had some great breakfasts just sitting on the veranda! Great little restaurants in the square too..

For the first few days of our stay it was very hot and humid and so we missed having air-conditioning. Just something to be mindful of when booking is that check-in is from 4 pm & so you will need to make plans to fill your day before check in if you have an early flight. We were able to get in a couple of hours earlier which was appreciated.
