Villa Kouros and Villa Taurus each have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large modern kitchens, dining and living areas.

VILLA KOUROS:
You arrive via the ground floor. Here there is a living room, with TV, triple sliding doors leading to the pool area. There is a modern kitchen/dining/living area, wireless internet and air conditioning. Also, there is a good sized shower room with a walk-in rain shower and a washing machine.

Stairs lead up to a double bedroom with a queen size bed, built in wardrobes, air conditioning, double glazed french doors with built in mosquito net, leading out to a balcony with fabulous views along the West coast of Naxos. A twin bedroom with 2 single beds, built in wardrobes, air conditioning, double glazed french doors with built in mosquito net, leading out to a balcony with more wonderful views over the Aegean sea towards Paros Island. Good sized shower room with a walk-in rain shower. Stairs lead up to a roof terrace with amazing views of Naxos Island.

From the entrance hall, stairs lead down to the lower ground floor (below ground level). There is a large twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a comfortable small double sofa bed, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, double glazed french doors with built-in mosquito nets, leading out to a small clever internal atrium with natural light from a roof light. VILLA TAURUS:
You arrive via the ground floor. There is a large modern kitchen/dining/living area, wireless internet and air conditioning. Also, there is a toilet with wash basin.

Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €300.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid-clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights.
