As you enter the apartment into the air-conditioned living room you are met with awe inspiring ocean views down the coast to Mooloolabah. Throw open the living room doors to the balcony and let the ocean breezes flow through, or sit peacefully on the rear deck with a BBQ and a lovely treed outlook over complex gardens.
Views are also captured from the master bedroom with ensuite, and 2nd bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have queen size beds, while the third bedroom with private balcony has a double bed.
Be further amazed as you make your way up to the exclusive use rooftop terrace that is perfect for greeting the day while enjoying your morning coffee or tea, basking in the sun or enjoying sunset cocktails.
This apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Sunshine Beach, just a short stroll to patrolled swimming areas at the beach, the Surf Club and the shops and restaurants at Sunshine Village.

Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.
A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.
