We liked that pets were allowed. The location and that its a stand alone house.
House is very very hot, especially the dining room and no fans to cool the house. Ant and spider problem in entryway and laundryroom. Shower upstairs is very impractical with water spilling out all over the floor, makes it very dangerous and hard to get dressed. Beds are old warn and very uncomfortable. House keepers need to do a better job at cleaning, spider webs under furnitures along with debris, food particles in fridge, paper stuffed in couch. Wifi constantly disconnects. Last renters did not pick up after their dog out back( sorry but we only picked up our dogs droppings). Neighbors are inconsiderate of others, talking loud outside till after midnight, children crying during the day so you cant nap. Neighbor to the left has a very scary dog named "buddy" that constantly barks and attacks the fence when we were outside with and without our dog. So we had to go back in as the owner did nothing to stop his dog. He'd tell the dog "no", then let him continue. This made it very scary to let our small dog out to go potty and for us to even enjoy the yard. We couldnt sit outside to have coffee in the morning as the dog to the right would growl at us and "buddy" in the left charging the fence. Coffee machine is in need of a cleaning or a new one as the coffee taste terrible. There is an odor coming from the dish washer. As a military family that has travelled the globe for 19 years, we have stayed at over 40 vacation rentals and have one of our own. I hope this isn't taken personally but rather an eye opener to address these issues for your future guest. We didn't use the washer or dryer or sonna, so i cant comment on that. I would suggest that you have a memeber of the staff come to the home and do a walk through with the renter upon arrival and departure to assess any damage and cleanliness that way the condition received and returned has been documented for both parties.

Versleten tuintafel. Geen ligstoelen (bij de buren wel). Geen muggenramen ondanks dicht bij meertje (bij de buren wel muggenramen). Onvoldoende gekuist (ondanks hoge kost voor kuiswerk). Vuil kussen in de schommelstoel.

Wir haben Zeeland sehr genossen.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Die Ferienanlage ist liebevoll angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Dank des guten Wetters und der schönen Lage hatten wir eine tolle Woche.
Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit ließ in der einen oder anderen Ecke zu wünschen übrig. Tassen und Besteck waren zu wenige vorhanden. Die Spülmaschine lieferte auch kein akzeptables Spülergebnis. Die Dusche im ersten Stock lief aus. In einem Schlafzimmer gab es weder einen Schrank noch ein Regal. Der Trockner war defekt. Es waren keine Sitzkissen für den Außenbereich vorhanden.

Auch bei dem Problem mit dem Herd hat die Mitarbeiterin direkt geholfen und das Problem gelöst :)
Leider war das Haus nicht für die angegebene Anzahl von Gästen ausgestattet. Es fehlte an Gläsern, Besteck Schüsseln. Zum Kochen steht lediglich ein Zweiflammen Herd zur Verfügung. Leuchten waren defekt usw. Kurz die Kleinigkeiten hatten die Eigentümer nicht im Blick. Durch das abgeschlossene Privatzimmer ging viel Fläche für die oben liegenden Schlafzimmer verloren, sodaß viel zuwenig an Ablagemöglichkeiten in den drei Schlafzimmern bestehen Insbesondere in der kalten Jahreszeit weiß man nicht wohin mit den Sachen.

De tuin stond er verwilderd bij . Aan de achterdeur stond er onkruid dat al hoog stond(zelf verwijderd). De bedden waren opgemaakt maar in een bed lag er zand wat er op wijst dat deze lakens niet vervangen waren. M
