For a bigger group of people this place is perfect. There were 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a few different zones to relax and a big swimming pool. Rodafinia Beach is only a few minutes away, it is perfect for a quick dip in the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a big refrigerator, stove, washing machine. The owner even let us check in a few hours early.

As we were staying for a whole week, for such a high price, we aspected more. There were no additional trash bags, laundry detergent or dishwasher pods, no extra toilet paper. We had to buy everything ourselves, so keep this in mind. Also the furniture is very worn-out, the basement was not very clean. Keep in mind the Villa is more in a suburban area, there is only a mini market nearby, so definitely advise to rent a car or a bike to get around.

The Good: The house itself is very large, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our big family.

We stayed at the villa for 3 days as a family of 7, including a 2.5-year-old child. The Bad: Unfortunately, the villa is poorly maintained. The tap in the second-floor room didn't work, and the air conditioning was out of order. The kitchen counters were full of fire ants, the body soap provided was expired and smelled terrible, and the BBQ grill was extremely rusty and barely usable (we struggled to connect the gas and light it). Additionally, we were barely provided with any toilet paper—just half a roll or one roll per bathroom, so we had to buy our own. The Pool: On our first day, the pool was covered in mold and the water was filthy, making it impossible to swim. After speaking with Natalia (the property manager), she took care of it the following day. However, out of a 3-day vacation, it really ruined the atmosphere that we couldn't enjoy the pool on our arrival day as planned.
