The position very close to alberence, and the nice room.

The building itself is really nice, with parking available. Location is great, very close to Alberese, and great for exploring around.
Bike rental is actually not available at the property, as was stated in the description.
Air conditioning costs 7 euros per night which again was not specified in the description.
No info in the room about the area and no shower gel/coffee maker or any usefulitems in the room. Breakfast is poor with instant coffee and longlife individually wrapped pastries.
Check-in is very late, from 6.30 pm.
