A car is recommended for getting around; FREE PARKING ON PREMISES is available. This is an EXCELLENT CENTRAL LOCATION for driving to Orlando's main attractions:

Walt Disney World Resort: Approx. 10-15 minutes

Universal Studios & Sea World: Approx. 20-25 minutes

Supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping are within a few minutes' drive. You'll find pharmacies, gas stations, fast food, and various other conveniences just moments away from the resort entrance.

Uber, Lyft, and taxis are also available.

IMPORTANT PRE-BOOKING INFORMATION:
Standard Check-in is 4:00 PM, Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in/Late check-out (1:00 PM) may be possible for a fee; please request in advance and confirm within 72 hours.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS are allowed; violations incur a $500 fine.

Pool Heating: Optional for an additional $40/day (3-day min). It is recommended for comfort and takes up to 48 hours to heat.

RESORT PACKAGE POLICY: The resort clubhouse charges a $10 FEE PER PACKAGE delivered. They do not accept oversized/30+lbs/perishable items (deliver to unit, require presence). An ID is needed for pickup. We do not recommend shipping directly to the house address.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM (Osceola County ordinance).

Resort amenity rules must be followed (e.g., no outside food/glass at pool, supervise kids).

As a well-loved vacation home, minor signs of typical wear may be present. The property is professionally cleaned and well-maintained; report any issues found on arrival immediately for prompt resolution.

Standard pool cleaning service may occur during your stay (access to pool deck needed).

STARTER SUPPLIES:

A basic starter supply is provided upon arrival to help you get started. This includes toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper per bathroom) and kitchen consumables (dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponge, trash bags, paper towel, small oil/salt/pepper), laundry soap, and water bottles. PLEASE NOTE: This is a STARTER supply only. You must purchase additional supplies needed for the remainder of your stay.
