Positiv hervorzuheben sind die schöne Anlage mit gepflegtem Garten, das gute Restaurant und der grosse Pool mit ausreichend Liegestühlen – alles sehr angenehm und einladend. Auch die Tiefgarage mit reservierten Parkplätzen ist ein grosses Plus. Der Gartensitzplatz vor der Unterkunft ist gemütlich, beide Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert – das war bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr angenehm.
Weniger überzeugend war leider die Organisation rund um Check-in und Check-out: Bei der Buchung war ein Check-in ab 15:00 Uhr angegeben. Entsprechend haben wir unsere Fähre geplant. Was jedoch nicht ersichtlich war – und für uns sehr ärgerlich war: Den Schlüssel muss man in einer Agentur in Portoferraio abholen, die jedoch erst um 15:30 öffnet. Danach fährt man nochmals rund 30 Minuten zur Unterkunft. Diese war bei unserer Ankunft zudem noch nicht gereinigt, effektiv konnten wir sie erst um 17:20 beziehen. Auch der Check-out war umständlich, da der Schlüssel erneut in Portoferraio retourniert werden musste – obwohl unsere Weiterreise in die entgegengesetzte Richtung führte. Diese Informationen sollten klar und transparent im Buchungsvorgang ersichtlich sein.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, placed in green, fantastic surroundings. Fabulous swimming pool, close to the beach. Comunication with Mr.Luca excellent!
