Great location away from the busy downtown, yet everything easily accessible.
A lot of construction sites in the area, as in many other locations in Batumi in 2025.

Hosts are very friendly, facilities are clean. We liked garden. Hosts made our trip as much as comfortable, provided transfer from to station. Proposed fresh fruits and veg from the garden.
Located a bit far from central Batumi. Requires quite a walk to the sea.

The guesthouse is hosted by a really nice family. They were very helpful and gave us homemade wine and chacha for free.
The appartment was very modern and had all you need like fridge and stove.
The bathroom was clean and modern too.
All in All a great stay !
No curtain in the shower.
A little of the city center. Quite a long way if you like to see the nightlife.
