Curatenia si amabilitatea personalului

Locatia a fost foarte buna, in centru, aproape de faleza si de mare. Curatenia in camera a fost facuta zilnic, iar de doua ori intrun sejur de 7 zile, au fost schimbate asternuturile.
Atitudinea doamnei Rodica de la receptie,a fost foarte rece si aproape nepoliticoasa, ca si cum am fi deranjat-o cu intrebarile sau sugestiile noastre. In turism, serviciile sunt la fel de importante ca si atitudinea, prin urmare, chiar daca serviciile au fost bune, atitudinea ma face sa nu-mi mai doresc sa revin la aceasta pensiune.
