About this apartment rental
Located in the foothills of Bountiful with beautiful views, Less than 10 min drive to Lagoon!! 10 Min Drive to Downtown SLC (9 miles). Multiple Ski resorts within 20 mins. Welcome to Fox Hollows Suite! This large private mother-in-law studio suite in the walk-out basement of our home available for your stay. Separate entrance and self-check in for your privacy and comfort. This is a BASEMENT STUDIO that is a comfortable size for a single person but can sleep up to 9! Bring the family and friends!!
The space
This is a private and separated studio unit (one large single space) in our walk-out basement with private entry. We offer a, three couches, mini-kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, a large bathroom with a double sinks and granite countertops, full tub & shower, full sized refrigerator, coffee, dining table and deck for your comfort. There is guest wifi available as well as a desk to work on.
The beds are amazing Purple 4 queen mattresses (2), 2 pull-out floor singles (found under the queens), 1 queen sofa bed (the black couch) and 1 single hideaway (found in the ottoman). Crib is a pack n play
It is conveniently located near the I-15 highway, just 7 miles from Lagoon Amusement Park, Legacy Events Center, and 2 miles to Centerville Front Runner Commuter Rail Station. 1 mile from the Bountiful LDS temple. 10 minutes to downtown SLC (9 miles) 20 min drive to most ski resorts.

Off-street parking on the left of the driveway subject to availability (fits one standard size vehicle only), private walkway to entrance and the entire Studio
We have multiple decks surrounding the property, the lower deck is for the use of this unit, please do not go up the deck stairs to access the upper deck.
Feel free to play in the yard but be aware that is shared space for our children and friends. PLAY AND USE OF THE BACKYARD AND ANY/ALL OF ITS FEATURES ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please be considerate of all toys and play areas.
This is Our Home. We Live in the Main House. We are raising our family here. While we are certain we are quieter than a hotel, we do make noise living here. We strive to keep the kids quiet from 8 pm to 7 am but if they happen to be monsters at the moment it isnt always possible to quiet them as much as we would like. Additionally, if your toddlers or baby is making more noise than you would like, please know its ok, we get it!
CCTV Security cameras in use in all public areas and monitored at all times.

It was perfect for our stay. We have toddlers and it was nice to know we weren't being judged because of the excitement and that they understood. Yes the stairs going down to the room was a little challenging with the kiddos but it was nothing that wasn't disclosed in the messages. Over all it was a great experience.

Overall it was a great experience. The hosts and their kids were very kind. My children had a wonderful time playing in the back yard with the hosts children. There was a slight smell in the apartment like an animal may have lived there before. Leslie was great and if I messaged her she was quick to respond. I would have rated it a 4.5 out of 5 but that wasn’t an option so 4.5 is my true rating
