Located just 100m from the shoreline, this retreat is one of just a few homes here offering unobstructed views and spaciousness in its design. Closest to the water, it’s the very last house within a small settlement of holiday homes.
The house is ecologically heated by a heat pump, electricity is generated by the photovoltaic system and stored in a large battery. In addition, the rainwater of the roof for watering the garden is collected in a cistern.

Das wir nur für eine Woche gebucht haben, bereuen wir mittlerweile sehr, denn wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und sind nur widerwillig abgereist. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, die Kinder konnten sich weit frei bewegen und wir hatten sie trotzdem immer im Blick. Wenn ein Gewitter aufgezogen ist, konnten wir staunend alles beobachten, denn die Aussicht von diesem Haus ist toll. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht - einfach top. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Als Hausbesitzer hat man ja immer sehr hohe Erwartungen oder Ansprüche an ein Ferienobjekt. Ihr Haus war fantastisch gelegen, sehr sauber und schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch war alles vorhanden, was man für die Ferienzeit benötigt. Noch mal vielen Dank an die Besitzer.
