quiet and closed complex with community pool + loungers and tennis court
wind-protected balcony, flat screen TV, modern solid wood furniture,
walk-in closet, high quality kitchen equipment incl. Ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge / freezer, washing machine, non-smoking apartment.
The two bedrooms are separately accessible to the right and left of the living room and the windows are equipped with fly screens.
On the balcony with sea view, 4 people can comfortably sit at the table. There is also space for a drying rack and does not interfere with sitting on the balcony.
Beach towels are available and can be taken to the gently sloping, family and child-friendly sandy beach.
A Spar supermarket is located in the neighboring apartment complex, larger supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance in max. 10 minutes to reach.

Was mir sehr gut gefallen hat ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung. Eine Einrichtung und Komfort fast wie zuhause. Absoluter deutscher Standart. Da ich gesundheitlich nicht so fit war, konnte wir den überdachten Balkon tagsüber nutzen, der dazu noch einen wunderbaren Ausblick bietet. Die ruhige Lage und die echte Strandnähe sind ein weiteres Plus. Für mich ungewöhnlich waren die Anwohner, also die Parteien die keine Gäste sind, die wirklich sehr aufmerksam sind was in und um die Anlage herum passiert. Summe: zu empfehlen!

Wir sind schon das 3. mal in dieser Tollen Wohnung. Es wurde gerade frisch renoviert. Alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir (Paar ü50) haben einen wundervollen Urlaub mit langen Strandsparziergängen genießen können. Gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung und auch die Tips vom Vermieter - Nur zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr gepflegte Anlage, alles vorhanden was man braucht, schöner Ausblick auf das Meer... wir kommen gerne wieder!!
