The North Sea apartment in the house "Fresh Breeze" is on the 5th Floor (elevator) and has a south-facing 45m² apartment with loggia, where you can enjoy the sun all day. Here you have a wonderful view of the sea and the Wernerwald.
Our apartment is newly furnished with great attention to detail and shines with modern facilities. Simply a wonderful apartment to relax and unwind for your well-deserved vacation.
There is a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed (spring core), a dining area and a balcony with furniture. A kitchenette is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob and microwave.
The bathroom is completed with a bathtub (integrated shower), toilet and a hair dryer.
WLAN is available for free.
It is a non-smoking apartment. In the basement you will find a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).
Pets are not allowed. Free parking spaces are available at the house. Bed linen / towels / can be borrowed for a fee.
The in-house swimming pool (8 x 17 m free of charge) and the sauna invite you to relax after eventful vacation days.
The family-friendly house also offers a table tennis room, playground and its own tennis court.
You do not need a car on site and can directly z. B. get to us from the train station by public transport.
In the neighboring house you will find a bakery and a small supermarket as well as a bike rental. Walk to the beach in 2 minutes.
The distance to the outdoor swimming pool, climbing park, restaurants and small shops is about 300 m.

...und gebe 5 Sterne auf Alles. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und ich habe mich auch über das liebevolle Begrüßungsgeschenk sehr gefreut. Die Lage ist fantastisch, kurze Fußwege, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe... ein Urlaub, den ich genießen konnte.

Sehr schön geschmackvoll (maritim) eingerichtetes Appartement, schöne Aussicht vom Balkon (5.Etage/Aufzug). Nettes Begrüssungsgeschenk (Flasche Wasser, Kekse, Flasche Sekt)...im Bad sogar ein kleines Kosmetikpäckchen für Gäste. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt im Appartement. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass trotz sehr niedriger Inzedenz, geschlossene Hallenbad in der frischen Brise. Fazit: Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch gerne wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Als Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Sekt und eine kleine Tasche mit Waschutensilien bereit. Da merkt man, dass sich die Eigentümer Gedanken machen, dass sich die Urlauber wohl fühlen. Dies ist gelungen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was im Alltag benötigt wird. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße aus Sachsen.
