The two-family house is in a beautiful, green and quiet location. The two-room flat has a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses) as well as a separate kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer/dishwasher combination and an electric cooker. There is also a coffee machine and toaster. The bath and shower room is very spacious and equipped with a towel dryer and underfloor heating. There is also a large balcony/terrace with table and armchairs. The entire flat has central heating. The living and sleeping areas are fitted with external blinds. The Marzahn S-Bahn station is only a 7-minute walk from the flat, but it is also possible to take the bus (2 stops) or the tram (1 stop) to Marzahn S-Bahn station. Sehr gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Es war sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und S-Bahn in der Nähe. Sehr ruhige Lage. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung von Herrn Baron ist super eingerichtet und blitzsauber! Man fühlt sich hier wirklich sehr wohl und Herr Baron ist ein Spitzengastgeber der jederzeit bei Fragen und Problemen zur Seite steht und weiterhilft soweit es geht! Einen Aufenthalt hier kann man wirklich zu 100 % empfehlen! Vielen Dank!

Wir waren zwar nur über das Wochenende da aber waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und gemütlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
