Shop, supermarket 50 m, restaurant, bakery 10 m, 1 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Lauterbrunnen (by train)" 3.0 km, railway station "Wengen" 20 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m. Cable car, skisport facilities 50 m, children's playground 100 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee 13 km, Brienzersee 13 km. Please note: car-free holiday complex. Arrival via mountain railway. Additional accommodations can be booked. Arrival is only possible by train from Lauterbrunnen – 14 minutes driving time.

The apartment is in a great location, on the fourth floor with a balcony looking out to the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Spectacular! The apartment itself is a little worn but it was clean and everything worked. The bathtub/shower walls are several inches higher than those on tubs in the U.S., so folks with leg mobility limitations will have to be careful - it's a bigger step-over.Overall, we were very satisfied with the apartment. A definite recommendation!

We family of 4 stayed and very much enjoyed the stay. Its opposite to Wengen station with a mountain view which was amazing and quite handy to use public ransport. Apartment was quite spacious and it had everything which a family would need with added benefit of grocery store next to it. I'd love to come back.

It is just too good to be there and what an apartment ! absolutely fabulous it has got everything and it was total value for money for me and my family. It is very close to train station and we thoroughly enjoy it and I will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit wengen

This is the fourth time we have rented this unit over the years. It is VERY dated but the position in the village is perfect. I was very disappointed that soap for the bathrooms and additional toilet paper was not supplied. That may seem like a small thing but at the price we paid; and for a 20 day rental, I believe they should have been supplied.

Beautiful view (mountain and valley) from the balcony; comfortable and well-equipped apartment. This was our third stay in this apartment which is very conveniently situated for the train, the cable car and the shops. We love it!

we are a family of 4 traveling with elderly parents. the location can not be better. apartment is right at train station (first building when you walk out). and Co-op supermarket is right across street where we can buy groceries and prepare meals sometimes. it has everything we need on vacation. and Wengen is a nice quiet town with splendid views.

Good apartment in a great location

The apartment is in a perfect location, right next to the train station, with incredible views of the valley and mountains from the balcony. Plenty of restaurants nearby, a bakery steps away, as well as the Coop market. The furnishings are a little bit dated but perfectly functional. We used this as a base to explore both sides of the Lauterbrunnen valley. It's very easy to get around by train, cable car, or bus. We had an awesome 3 days in the area.

We are a mature couple and this apartment was perfect for us. It is spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of closet and storage space. There is one full bathroom and a separate one with a toilet and sink. It has a balcony with a beautiful view of the Lauterbrunnen Valley and the Jungfrau peak. It is just across the street from the train station so is very convenient. You can be on the train within one minute from leaving the apartment. It is also a one minute walk to the grocery store. Even though it is across from the train station it is quiet because there is no traffic in Wengen and the trains are electric so are very quiet. The apartment was clean and well accommodated. The management office is just next door to the building and is convenient if needed. This apartment would sleep 4. The one private bedroom is spacious with the European style double/twin beds together. The other two twin beds come out from the wall in the living room. I would stay at this apartment again and I would recommend it.

Perfekt lokation lige ved stationen - togene er elektriske så de forstyrrer ikke - og med udsigt lige til Jungfrau. Dejligt at sidde på den lille balkon og nyde udsigten. Et minus er at man ikke kan åbne et vindue i soveværelset og dynerne er varme, når man er der i sommervarmen. For mig var hovedpude 'pølsen' også for høj. Lidt ringe i så dyr en lejlighed, at der ikke følger ekstra WC ruller med! Man kan jo ikke købe færre end 4 i butikkerne! Det er lidt småligt - ligesom manglen på krydderier

Plus: lokatie. Naast station en met direct zicht op de Jungfrau vanaf het balkon. Wengen is een der twee beste bases voor trips in het Berner Oberland, dus dat helpt. Ook best ruim voor 2 personen met 4 personen (opklapbedden in de woonkamer) wordt het krap, ondanks de aparte badkamer en tweede WC. Minus: eigenlijk al het andere. Het is een lichtelijk sleetse bedoening, waar de meeste inventaris 30-40 jaar oud is en je eerder het je eerder het gevoel hebt bij een huisjesmelker...

Wunderbar zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung. Praktisch eingerichtet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Sehr toll fanden wir die Verfügbare Handseife, Abwaschmittel und div. Gewürze in der Küche. Sogar die ersten Kaffeekapseln waren vorhanden, einfach wunderbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Einziger negativ Punkt ist der Teppichboden..,

Late check-in was no problem after we let the host know in advance. We were lent the power socket adaptor. Very smooth check-out. No shortage of any supplies for a week, we were also given a guest card of the town, that qualified us for example to get a discount on the cableway. Two toilets is actually a nice idea. A week in a car-free village just next to the station is itself very relaxing and was perceived as very comfortable by the whole family. But it is the view from the balcony, what make

Da im Schlafzimmer die Dachfenster nicht geöffnet werden durften, mußten wir ins Wohnzimmer in die Klappbetten. Wir - wie Sie - benötigen im Schlafzimmer nämlich IMMER frische Luft! Wir vermissten zudem einen Tresor für Kredit-, Debitkarten und Bargeld etc. Die Wohnungszimmertür schient uns so labil, dass jedermann mit einem Tritt in der Whg. stehen könnte. In der gesamten 4. Etage wohnte vermutlich außer uns niemand. Das Haus war kaum bewohnt, so kam es uns vor.
