Beautiful, spacious, bright, modern and quiet apartment which is equipped with all comforts at a quit place.
The apartment is located at the beach with sea views.
Two times a terrace. One white sea view & one or 40 square meters.
The appartment is on the second and highest level of the property. There is an elevator available!
Everything is in walking distance. Super market Super Sol is only 50 meters away and parking in front of the apartment.

Torre del Mar is an authentic part of the historic Spain! Perfectly and centrally located for visits to other places.
The apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor. (Elevator available!)
It has two terraces. Onr with a sea view and the other is about 40 square meters. Ideal for sunbathing, shades or just to chill out and eat! This terrace is in fact accessible from the kitchen and the living room!
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an applirefrigerator, dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, washing machine, coffee machine or Dolce Gusto, electric kettle, sandwich toaster etc.
Living room: nice sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player (European channels). Air conditioning, dining area.
Bedrooms with a box spring and fitted wardrobes.
Also available: Vacuum cleaner, Iron, Ironing board and Hairdryer.
From the apartment everything is in a walking distance, including a large supermarket (Super Sol and the Beach, both maximum 50 meters) restaurants, bars, beach, parking in front of the appartment!

(Aufzug available!) Es gibt zwei Terrassen. Eine mit Meerblick and the other ist etwas 40 Quadratmeter. Ideal zum Sonnenbaden, Treasure oder einfach nur zu entspannen und essen ynd Trinken! Diese Terrasse is connected to the Küche und das Wohnzimmer.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und hat appliqué frigator, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Dolce Gusto-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und so weit.

My friends and I had a great stay in Torre del Mar for a wedding nearby in Velez-Malaga, the apartment is spacious and very close to the beach and supermarket.
The taxi transfer from Ton was easy and convenient and Lizet, the apartment manager was in touch and very helpful if we needed her.
Great bars and restaurants all along the beach front.

The apartment was lovely but we did have a problem initially finding it as the app was not correct. We were welcomed by the hosts outside the large Supersol supermarket which is right next door (very handy). The apartment was clean and well equipped only suggestion was that it could do with a spare DOUBLE duvet for the second bedroom (as only two single's) in apartment.Good parking outside and a small view of the sea from the main bedroom.

Trato asi como la comunicacion siempre rapida y agradable.
La propiedad esta zona tranquila, esta bien equipada. Todo limpio y mobiliario nuevo y buen estado.
