Beautiful new modern house with private pool 10mx5m and breathtaking views from both the house and the pool at 360 ° on: sea, Capobianco, Sciacca, Borgo Bonsignore, Caltabellotta and mountains. The location is strategic: between the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento (20Km), the Greek theater of Eraclea Minoa (3Km) and the town of Sciacca (20Km). At a distance of 1.5 km (on foot) or 2- 3 Km (by bike, car or scooter) you will have the choice of many beautiful pristine beaches such as: Funcitelle and Torre Salsa (beaches in the natural state, protected by the WWF), Bovo Marina and Eraclea Minoa. The set of these beaches form a path of more than 15 km where they are scattered with magnificent dunes, the Marne Falese as the staircase of the Turks but less known, all bordered by a beautiful and ancient pine forest. Small but perfectly formed villa in a jaw dropping location.180 view of the sea on one side and 180 view of the mountains on the other, giving way to the most spectacular sunsets (and probably the sunrises but we weren't up early enough for those :-))Villa was superbly equipped and the pool is great.We had the most wonderful stay all helped along by the host being a great communicator and well prepared with all of the instructions and recommendations for restaurants, shops and place to visit.We will be going back.

The house is a cosy, beautifully finished building on the owner’s property, directly adjacent to the pool and overlooking the sea to the south and the mountains to the north, with attractive planting all around and olive groves covering the nearby valleys. The views are absolutely spectacular. The owner is extremely helpful (and speaks excellent English, as well as French and German). There is easy access to a nearby town for supplies, and excellent restaurants and unspoiled beaches also within a few minutes’ drive. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Treskills is a small villa set high up on a hill with fantastic all-round views. The owners villa is set a little higher up and overlooks the rental villa. The access roads are fun !.
The villa is spotlessly clean and although small, is more than adequate for two people. Due to its position, it can be windy at times but even in late October, we were able to spend most of our time on the patio or around the pool.
The pool is beautiful although the water a little bracing at that time of year, but we were very brave !
It is only a few minutes drive from Montellegro with supermarkets and nice shops. There are some excellent beaches very near and plenty of very good restaurants.
Carmela, the owner was away during our stay but was really lovely and kept in touch, making sure everything went well. We absolutely loved the villa and hope to return before too long.
