Children's playground (sandbox). Private: terrace, garden furniture. Airport transfer (extra). Motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 700 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 20 m, bus stop 500 m, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Mountain railway 6 km, ski lift 5 km, slopes 5 km, ski school 5 km. Please note: suitable for families. On request: airport transfer to the holiday accommodation. The owner lives in the same residence. There are horse-drawn carriage trips near the house all year round which are combined with other events (music, meals). In winter: horse-drawn sledge rides (extra).
