About this villa rental
This wonderful recently updated Harbour Breeze villa located on the North Side of Jolly Harbour, Antigua within a gated community with 24-hour security.
This privately owned villa is a wonderful 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms with A/C units with remote controls, ceiling fans in each room, Wi-Fi, and a large deck overlooking the harbor with a boat lift and lounge chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances; i.e. microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, and utensils. The kitchen counter has bar stools that open into the living room and has a flat-screen TV.
The living room has sliding doors that lead out to the patio/deck overlooking the harbor. The entire first floor has wall-to-wall tiles. The patio/deck has an outdoor table and chairs great for eating and entertaining. Enjoy your mornings eating breakfast overlooking the harbor and dinner while the sunsets in the evenings.
The second floor has 2 bedroom suites. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private full bath with a shower, sliding door that leads to the private patio overlooking the water view of the harbor. The second bedroom is spacious with two twin beds which can be converted into a king bed upon request and has a private full bath.
The villa is approximately half mile from Jolly Beach and bar.
Less than half mile from the supermarket.
Approximately 7 minutes walk to the beach on the north side.

The condo was spotless and very well stocked with all you need for your stay. Very much appreciated the extra linens and towels available, along with the paper towels in baskets in the washrooms. The starter kit as described was great. Everything was in good working condition. The arrangements Gavin has with the Car Rental company is awesome and most accommodating. His house manager was very quick to respond with a few questions we had.

The Villa was clean, well stocked kitchen with cooking utensils etc. Tastefully decorated with a real Caribbean feel. We were warmly welcomed by the manager. The beds were comfortable and linens were of nice quality. The deck was lovely to relax on. Enjoyed our stay!

We selected this property based on the rave reviews. I am reluctant to be the first person who was disappointed. Good points: one of the few houses in Jolly Harbour that isn't overlooked from across the road or across the water and there is open space at one end of the property. The views are nice but they are of the man-made harbour, not the sea. Disappointments: no one there to meet us on our arrival or explain anything to us and the same for our departure. The welcome book was seriously lacking answers to most of the questions we had during our 4-week stay. Shortly after we arrived I put passports etc in the safe and it locked when I was trying to set it up. As a result, we weren't able to eat anyting `for 36 hours until the local manager told us
