The property is easy to get to, super clean and well equipped. Ample parking space, little outdoor seating area, very kind and friendly host.
There seems to be some serious plumbing issue going on in the bathroom, there is a constant strong smell of sewer gas in the bathroom that was very unpleasant. I would recommend the owner have a plumber install some S-traps.

Lovely, kind and helpful hosts.
There are a separate entrance and a separate apartment with two rooms and a kitchenette very well equipped. Coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, etc. - everything is in place for you, so you don't have to buy and you can cook breakfasts and dinners.
Small private garden with table and chairs.
!!! Possibility to host a third person !!!
It would be nice to freshen up the bathroom.
