Uncomfortable stay

Spacious room. Good bed. High ceiling. Big, bright windows.

Smells of mildew, shower is too small to fit me, no fridge, no Air Conditioning. Had to open everything to cool the room down, but then there were mosquitoes… No staff around to help with anything. Far from the city, though the buses are good.

Close to train station, very clean and looks fresh inside. Nice breakfast, shower great. Easy to self check in. Very comfortable. Definitely recommended.

The wind whistled through the window all night (it needs sealing), reception staff arrived at desk later than stated in the morning, maybe more than 1 coffee sachet per person per night would be good.

I love the location to the main part of Pruszcz town also the staff always polite and friendly

Would be great to have microwave in the shared kitchen and would be nice to have kettle in the room the wifi was provided but because we stayed at the top corner room we barely got any connection so maybe wifi adaptor for the future?

Nie wiem jak to opisać myślałem że to cały jest hotel ale nie nie wiem co tam jest dokładnie bo byłem tylko dwie noce ale cichutko spokojnie przyjemnie i śniadania bardzo dobre jeżeli ktoś sobie zamówił te śniadaniem proponuję zamówić sobie zamiast iść na miasto i jest bardzo sympatycznie

Co mi się nie podobało nie ma ławeczki przy na zewnątrz od parkingu gdzie można wyjść zapalić i sobie usiąść po prostu trzeba stać no nie ma No jest popielniczka ale nie ma gdzie przykucnąć jak to się mówi szkoda poza tym jest okej

Poza standardowym mailem, Pani z obsługi zadzwoniła wcześniej z instrukcjami i wskazówkami aby upewnić się, że wiem jak dostać się do obiektu i pobrać klucze. Na uwagę zasługuje również czystość. Poza tym na plus obecność w hotelu pizzerii oraz kawiarni.
