The location is good (600 m to the beach near Lido "Soda Thanks" and a bit away from Pozzallo which makes the place quite), we had a car so there was no problem to drive to closest cities like Modica or Ragusa or Pozzallo.
Great large terrace with barbecue, sunbeds.
Welcome gift (fruits and wine) - the host is very pleasant and helpful.

This is the perfect place to stay for a family vacation. Very clean and unpretentious, in walking location to wonderful sand beaches and with a great terrace to enjoy the sunset. The owner is extremely nice and helpful, always making sure that the guests‘ requests are met. We had to see a pediatrician in Pozzallo, because our little daughter had fever, and he arranged everything on a short notice, including a German translator!
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!
