Very nice environment, quiet , nice neighbors and privacy. I would recommend this property with a few adjustments needed, however, I would rent again. The property could use a paint job which would enhance the property appearance as the apartment is very nice. with potential to be fabulous. Great location , I really enjoyed my stay.

The listing description was accurate as it relates to location, lay out , amenities, etc. The property was clean and well maintained. The decor was fabulous and the owner was just as fabulous. She provided optimal customer service and was available whenever you needed her.I would recommend this place to everyone and I would revisit another time. The only concern was the air condition needed repair as it was leaking and the other room was not air conditioned but ceiling fans were in all the rooms none the less and the place is well ventilated that you could open the windows and patio area for more fresh area. Last but not least the neighborhood is nice and safe for you to go and come at anytime of night or day.
