Uitgeest 32 km from Amsterdam: Comfortable holiday development "De Meerparel". Outside the resort, 1.2 km from the centre of Uitgeest, 6 km from the sea, on the lake, 6 km from the beach. For shared use: table tennis, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, laundry (extra), bicycles available (extra). Available: canoe, boat (extra). Central parking spaces. E-charging station. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m, bar 750 m, café, bus stop "Molenweg" 1.4 km, railway station "Uitgeest" 4 km, sandy beach 6 km, bathing lake "Zwaansmeer" 1.2 km. Nearby attractions: IJmuider Zee- en Havenmuseum 18 km, Het Hollands Kaasmuseum Alkmaar 15 km, De Dorregeester Molen 4 km, Bazaar Beverwijk 8 km. Die Anlage an sich ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt mit Wasserzugang, verkehrsberuhigt, inmitten der Natur, unweit vom Ortszentrum mit kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zum täglichen Bedarf. Einziger Nachteil: direkte Lage in der Einflugschneise zum Flughafen Amsterdam, das ist zeitweise sehr laut, die Flieger kommen ohne große Abstände, relativ tief. Die Häuser sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hier und da wurde schon etwas ausgebessert. Ansonsten ist es aber sauber und auch gut ausgestattet.
