About this apartment rental
This deluxe studio condo is located on the first floor "corner" of Bogue Shores giving you extra privacy. Spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring a living room and full kitchen with a separate bedroom that has two queen size beds and spacious full bath with walk-in shower. The living room full size sofa bed allows for an additional guest sleeping area. There is a door between the 2 rooms for privacy. You can see the large pool from this ground floor unit and the gorgeous beach access is only a few short steps away. In addition to the sandy beaches, you will also have access to the inter coastal waterway located behind the facility. You will have everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. There are grills on the property, a gazebo and a swing to sit back and relax while watching the boats cruise past. There is plenty of "grassy" area for the kids to play! You can book a day trip on one of the many charter fishing boats. Don't care for fishing but want to go island hopping? Take the water ferry to Cape Lookout or Shackleford for the day. Many local restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, parks, and other site seeing adventures await your arrival. Book your vacation today!

This was an amazing suite from the location and little extra amenities available, you cannot beat this host. The communication was fast, clear and helpful both prior to and while we stayed. I would rate higher than 5 stars if possible. We will be looking to stay here again soon.

Overall my family had a good stay at this property. however we do wish we didn’t have to worry about buying soap for the shower, additional trash bags, and additional toilet paper for the four days and nights we stayed. Although parking tags are required to park in the lot, when we arrived, the tags were not in the rental apartment as indicated. It took about an hour to get in contact with the owner to find a resolution to this problem which she quickly dealt with once she returned my call. I highly recommend that the owner consider installing a small washer and dryer unit just for the convenience of washing clothes and towels for those who travel long distances and have limited or no other options. It is a nice place to stay otherwise. The pool was large and a wonderful option for our children, especially since the beach was under Red Flag warnings. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, plates, cups and utensils although we ate at local restaurants most of the time. Since I did not cook in the unit, I did not look for spices in the cabinets. The entrance key was easily located as described in the owners initial email at time of booking. This property was in a convenient location to the beach, restaurants, shopping areas, Fort Morgan, and other nearby towns. This property is also across the street from a public access walkway to the beach and has a beautiful view of Bogue Sound.in the back. We were able to regulate the room temperature and humidity to our liking. A beach chair and pool noodles were located in the closet which came in handy for our children. We recommend this property for a girlfriend or couple getaway, or a very small family. This is a no-frills property, but it is convenient to nearly everything you would need or want.
