About this house rental
The Villa Guki located in the village of Gabonjin 4 km above Malinska on Krk Island.
The location of the property is very quiet and it has a beautiful view overlooking the Kvarner Bay.
Two houses are on 2500 m2 of land, which includes a swimming pool belongs (9m x 5m, 1.40m deep). The pool has a roof that can be used depending on the weather as sun and rain protection.
The holiday home has a large living room with open kitchen and direct access to the terrace from which you can enjoy magnificent sunsets every night. Living room and kitchen are fully equipped with TV, Blue Ray player, stereo with CD, internet radio and Spotify Connect and air conditioning.
On the same level there is a spacious bedroom, a grand piano room and a bathroom.
The second level has two large bedrooms each with a bathroom and each with its own terrace with stunning views of the sea. All bedrooms also have air conditioning.
The house has a barbecue area where you can enjoy the evening in friendly company.

Wir haben zu 7 Urlaub gemacht in der Villa Guki, drei Kinder zwischen 10 und 14 Jahren, wir Eltern und Oma und Opa.
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Großer Wohn-Ess-Bereich, gut ausgestattete Küche und zwei einfache Schlafräume im EG, dazu ein Bad mit Dusche im EG.
Sehr schön sind die beiden klimatisierten Schlafzimmer im OG, von denen jedes eine Terrasse und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC hat, das nur vom jeweiligen Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich ist.
Der Pool ist toll, beheizt (auf Wunsch sehr warm) und komplett überdacht, so dass man auch bei kühlerem Wetter gut baden kann.
Es gibt mehrere Terrassen und eine Grillstelle. Wir sind mit 2 Autos angereist und es gab gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kulant (unserem Kleinen ging etwas kaputt, aber das war gar kein Problem) und für die versprochene Bootstour hat er sich viel Zeit genommen für einen tollen Ausflug zu einem wunderschönen Strand. Wir konnten baden und die Gegend erforschen, so lange wir wollten.
Das Haus könnte ein paar kleinere Wartungsarbeiten vertragen, aber das sind eher Kleinigkeiten, die unsere Urlaubsfreude nicht getrübt haben. Außerdem finde ich, dass die Bilder im Inserat ein sehr realistisches Bild abgeben.
Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub, ich kann die Villa Guki weiterempfehlen und wir werden es in Betracht ziehen, wieder hier einzukehren.
