About this apartment rental
Short tourist rentals in private apartment with magnificent panoramic terrace (5/6 beds) located right on the beach of Acquacalda di Lipari (beach awarded blue flag !!) . The apartment occupies the entire upper floor of a large Aeolian-style house and has a large and panoramic (covered) terrace of over 40 square meters, overlooking the sea and the other islands of the Aeolian archipelago. On the terrace there are table and chairs as well as a sofa and armchairs for total relaxation. The apartment is made up of three bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds (2 + 1 extractable) and a living room-kitchen fully furnished and equipped with crockery, pots, cutlery, etc. The bathroom contains the shower box. On request it is possible to have a small bed / pouff to open in the living room. On the ground floor of the same structure there is another large apartment (8/9 beds) of which you can ask availability and price to the same owner (with the possibility of enjoying a large discount). The place is ideal for those who love the environment and the sea and, in general, for those who want to spend a holiday in contact with nature and need relaxation but, at the same time, do not want to give up the opportunity to reach in a few minutes by car the center of the Aeolian nightlife or shopping (9 km walkable in a few minutes by car or bus, which stops near the house and makes several daily trips). Acquacalda is the beach also awarded this year with the BLUE FLAG (the most beautiful seas in Italy!) and is located on the north coast of the island and that is why Acquacalda enjoys the most beautiful view of the Aeolian Islands, in fact it is the only village from which you can admire practically all the other islands of the Aeolian archipelago (Salina, Stromboli, Panarea, Filicudi and Alicudi). Its exposure to the north / west makes the place always fresh and well aired, a true oasis on the island (perfect for those with small children or those suffering from the heat). It is possible to bring your own car to your suite (by booking the ferry on the ship coming from Milazzo or from Naples) or rent it in Lipari. It is possible to park for free near the house along the provincial road.

Dopo un anno di duro lavoro io e la mia amica cercavamo un posto vicino al mare per rilassarci e devo dire che non speravo di trovare un posto così vicino al mare! Praticamente se dalla terrazza avessi tirato un sasso avrei potuto fargli raggiungere il mare! Pensate che la mia amica (grande cuoca!) mi chiamava dalla terrazza di casa quando era pronto in tavola ed io che ero a mare la sentivo ed andavo su a mangiare (pochi metri da percorrere in un viottolo solo pedonale). La casa era molto comoda e pulita ed il panorama dalla terrazza era un vero incanto! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi ed abbiamo passato insieme anche qualche serata in un delizioso ristorante lì vicino (Aurora) con i tavoli direttamente sulla spiaggia. Sicuramente ci tornerò!

Ho passato in questa casa in riva al mare due settimane, di cui la prima a giugno e l'altra a settembre (ci sono ritornata proprio perché mi sono trovata benissimo!). Sono state incantevoli entrambi e ho trovato quello che cercavo: mare sotto casa pulitissimo, spazio esterno attrezzato dove potere fare giocare le mie due bambine e dove potere pranzare, tranquillità e benessere. La casa è comoda e pulita ed i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole un po' di relax.

Sono stata per tanto tempo alla ricerca di un posto che fosse adatto ad una coppia in cerca di romanticismo e l'ho trovato in questo magnifico posto. La casa ha una terrazza incantevole con una vista su cinque isole diverse (salina, alicudi, filicudi, stromboli e panarea), un vero spettacolo! Il posto è in riva al mare pulitissimo di Acquacalda, una piccola frazione dove però trovi ii migliori ristoranti di tutte le isole Eolie! Consigliato!

Sono un patito della pesca in apnea e ho trovato il posto giusto dove potere passare il mio tempo a caccia di cernie e polpi. E' davvero difficile trovare posti come questo dove la natura è rimasta intatta e i fondali sono ancora ricchi di pesci e di sorprese. La casa è comoda, pulita, fresca ed è proprio sul mare. La terrazza al primo piano è grandissima ed ha un panorama stupendo e con i miei amici abbiamo passato delle splendide serate insieme. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e cortesi ed abitano vicinissimo.
