Home from home

Everything families with young children could need. Highchair, cot, plastic bowls, plates and cutlery. The host was very responsive to messages. The beds were very comfortable. The area where the house is situated is very quiet but walking distance into town. Great place as a base to explore Kerry. Having WiFi and satellite TV was excellent to keep the children entertained. The enclosed garden in a cul de sac gave great peace of mind when they were out playing. Plenty of parking.

Squeaky bunk beds. Floorboards upstairs were also creaky and didn't offer much sound proofness when walking around.

Beautiful house

The house is so beautiful, nice and clean,all necessary things available including utensils and cutlery. Area is so calm and quiet. The house has a beautiful back garden. It's definitely worth the money, very affordable. Will visit here back again.Kids loved the stay. Apple green and lidl nearby .

Comfortable and spacious home.

The house was lovely and spacious in a nice quiet location. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was very helpful when we had trouble trying to open the lockbox and very quick to respond. I’d happily stay here again.

Fantastic trip only wish it could have been for longer.

Perfect house for a family break to Kerry. Perfect location in Listowel for road trips around the spectacular sights of Kerry. Applegreen garage within easy walking distance & local shops also. Listowel also has a beautiful greenway which is perfect for walking, jogging & cycling. Ballybunion beach is the closest, beautiful beach ! Michael has thought of everything in the house which is spacious, clean & comfortable. Highly recommend this property for anybody planning a trip to The Kingdom!

Handy location if you’re cycling the Limerick-Kerry Greenway

Really convenient to the Greenway. There is an Apple Green very close by for breakfast if you’re setting off early or like us, on a Sunday. The house was clean and warm with beautiful views.

Beds were very comfy and the property was perfect for 1 night for a large group.

Took us ages to figure out how to use the heating. A manual explaining how to use the heating, Internet etc. would be good.

Spacious, big kitchen, walking distance to town, big green park through the graveyard less than 10 mins, ideal for walks and runs.

Disappointing; not up to par.

The property was easy to find, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

The house was big, and roomy, and we looked forward to a great stay. Unfortunately, the couches in the living room were in poor condition; the surfaces were all cut up. The mattress was just ok-you could feel the springs. The hot water in the downstairs bathroom sink didn’t work; I sent a message and a few hours later received a reply, advising me to go upstairs and find/turn a key. My husband did that, and there was still no hot water. I sent another message, but it was never answered, and we checked out the next morning. In the end, my request for help went unanswered.

Breakfast not applicable. Owner was helpful when access info requested on arrival (none sent in advance). Also v helpful when we had forgotten to pack iPad.

Furniture very worn ,duvet cover was of cheap material and made sleeping uncomfortable as in it was very clingy .Overall it was good but a bit tired in places .Also tv only worked in living room and not in kitchen or bedroom .We were only there for a funeral so it was fine but if I was there longer I would be very annoyed about tvs .

Great location for us. The house is clean, warm and has nearly everything you'd need. Also the host was exceptional at getting back to queries quickly.

Unable to cook but overall great stay

House was very clean, very spacious, it had a sitting room and a living room in the kitchen.. Will stay again if the cooking utensils are fixed

We couldn't cook breakfast because the gas hob had a very low flame. not sure if it was very low on gas or if its always like that and oven wasn't any good for cooking either.. also the smoke alarm is positioned above the the door of the over so every time the over door was opened the alarm use go off( without any visible smoke coming from the oven)
