About this house rental
Very nice independent apartment of 65 sqm completely renovated and newly furnished, located just 50 meters from the beach of Miceni in Donnalucata, one of the areas made famous by the famous television series "Il commissario Montalbano"! An advantageous alternative to a small hotel room, an opportunity to combine the exclusivity of an unparalleled position with savings!
The house, on two levels, is very bright thanks to the double exposure (via Ischia corner via Lido), it consists of 3 bedrooms (1 double + 2 single), 2 baths, 1 living room with kitchen, 1 laundry room, 1 dressing room, 1 small veranda with sea view.
From the veranda on the ground floor, through two bright French windows, you enter the living room with kitchen (equipped with everything). From here, through a hallway, you enter the master bedroom with an adjoining utility room. From the hallway you also have access to the first bathroom with shower and laundry (equipped with pilozza, washing machine, water heater, bucket, mocho, etc.). The mezzanine floor is accessed through a convenient internal staircase in masonry, here are located the other two rooms (single) and the second bathroom with a seating tub.

The apartment was great for us, It had a beautiful view of the sea from the veranda. We used the chairs and umbrella on the beach that was provided in the apartment. The accommodations were very comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. The owner and manager were very responsive to any needs that we had. It was very accessible to grocery stores and restaurants. The location of Donnalucata is very peaceful and calming. We had a great time! I would highly recommend this apartment & Francesco, the owner.

We all enjoyed staying at this VRBO….communication was excellent from the owner and the property manager Giusy.
We were greeted when we arrived and she attended to all of our needs
The beds were comfortable and very close to the beach and pretty much central location to wherever we wanted to go.
We would definitely stay here again

Das Apartment liegt wie beschrieben unmittelbar am Meer, die 65m2 sind sehr gut aufgeteilt auf zwei Etagen mit drei separaten Zimmern. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Für Oktober hätten wir uns eine größere Terrasse zum in-der-Sonne-sitzen gewünscht, aber dafür liegt der lange traumhafte Strand mit Meer vor der Tür. (Baden im Oktober möglich!) Die Betreuung ist herzlich und gewissenhaft. Sehr zu empfehlen.
