Spectacular studio at the brand new five star luxury building. Upgraded with Italian porcelanatto floors, window treatments and closet cabinetry. Top of the line kitchen and bathroom. Glass private balcony with south east exposure and Biscayne Bay views.
Theres no direct beach living but Key Biscayne is a 10 minute drive and so is South Beach!
Brickell is close to the airport, close to Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, the friendly Airlines arena, Bayside, Port Of Miami and Midtown, you can hop on the 395 and go to South Beach, or you can hop on the 95 and go north to Sunny Isles, etc.
Brickell itself is a great neighborhood which is very up-and-coming. There is Mary Brickell Village which has tons of shops, bars, restaurants, and now some spa-type places opening (hair salons, nail salons, massage envy just opened) and the list goes on and on.
Living in Brickell feels like living in a smaller Manhattan that is cleaner. You can walk everywhere and the people tend to be friendlier than the typical south beach crowd.

Spent over 2 weeks here Lovely property Spacious for 1-2 personCentral for BrickallSome sea view Great Gym/ pool Helpful to have some salt / pepper shakers / coffee / tea / sugar / long life milk / microwavable pastry at minimal cost etc on site to help on day of check in at least .Overall a good place - happy to stay again !
